When I was young, I like to climb the hills and often did that. The hills by hills of undulation make me feel unrelieved. If I want I can call something to it and hear the echo on the other side of the mountain. It feels great to do that. But chances are few and far between now. I have to tell myself that I am not old. More hills are awaiting there for me to climb over and conquer in the future. Nothing is nothing.
Look into the distance rather than nearby places when you feel lonely, helpless and dreary.
The load of richness and fullness of brain needs unloading and emptyness of worry, fear and pessimism.
Hold on! Never give up! Laugh often!
Distance makes beauty and peace of mind.
